Do you offer free worldwide shipping?

Yes, we are able to provide Standard Free Shipping to most locations around the world! Our global distribution facilities are located in:

  • US
  • Canada
  • Mexico
  • United Kingdom
  • Spain
  • Australia

More locations opening soon. All orders are shipped for free!

Shipping times around the world vary based on your location. On average it takes about 5-7 business days with standard free shipping for the order to be delivered from the day of purchase. Some locations may take up to 10 business days for the order to be delivered.

When will my order ship?

We estimate fulfillment and shipping times in business days. It usually takes about 5-7 business days with standard free shipping for the order to be delivered from the day of purchase. Once your order is prepared for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and expected delivery times from the carrier.

*Please note that during the holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.

How can i change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase.

Changes or cancellations after 24 hours will require you to return the undamaged merchandise to us to receive a full refund. We cannot exchange your order after 24 hours, as it will have already gone into production.

To change or cancel your order, please email support@inktuitive.com with the subject “Cancel order” or “Change order”. Please make sure to include your full name and order number as it appears on your order confirmation email.

My canvas is damaged, what do i do?

We take pride in the quality of our product and service to make sure our canvases are packaged well and shipped securely. If your order is delivered damaged or you notice a defect, we will rush a replacement canvas to you at no expense! Here is how:

  1. Take a photo of the damage to the product and the box it was shipped in (if the box is also damaged)
  2. Email us the photos to support@inktuitive.com. Please include your full name and order number as it appears on your order confirmation email, as well as a brief summary of the issue.
  3. You will receive a response from our support staff within 24 hours to confirm a replacement for your damaged product

How is the canvas made, and what are the sizes/dimensions?

Product quality:

  • Your art is 100% safeguarded against dust, scratches, UV rays, & environmental hazards that normally fade or warp artwork over time.
  • Our materials are 100% ethically made and environmentally safe. Guaranteed.
  • All canvases are shipped assembled (stretched over a wooden frame) with pre-installed hanging hardware and ready to hang right out of the box.

 

Standard canvas size/dimension:

  • Small - 16 x 12 inches = 40.64 x 30.48 centimeters
  • Medium - 24 x 18 inches = 60.96 x 45.72 centimeters
  • Large - 40 x 30 inches = 101.6 x 76.2 centimeters
  • X-Large - 60 x 40 inches = 152.4 x 101.6 centimeters

 

Wide canvas size/dimension:

  • Small - 24 x 10 inches = 60.96 x 25.4 centimeters
  • Medium - 36 x 15 inches = 91.44 x 38.1 centimeters
  • Large - 48 x 20 inches = 121.92 x 50.8 centimeters
  • X-Large - 60 x 25 inches = 152.4 x 63.5 centimeters

*Canvas sizes are the same for portrait and landscape orientation
