RETURN POLICY

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. To initiate a return, please contact support@inktuitive.com for return instructions first before shipping your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Returns must be received by us no later than 30 days from the original delivery date. Any returns received later than 30 days will not be refunded.

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels/packages to send product(s) back to us. You must send back unwanted product(s) at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping the product(s) back via FedEx/UPS/USPS/Canada Post/DHL.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 24 hours of receiving the returned merchandise in original condition.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase.

Cancellations after 24 hours will require you to return the undamaged merchandise to us to receive a full refund. We cannot exchange your order after 24 hours, as it will have already gone into production.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

We provide Standard Free Shipping to most locations around the world! Our global distribution facilities are located in:

  • US
  • Canada
  • Mexico
  • United Kingdom
  • Spain
  • Australia

Shipping times around the world vary based on your location. On average it takes about 5-7 business days with standard free shipping for the order to be delivered from the day of purchase. Some locations may take up to 10 business days for the order to be delivered.

We currently ship with the following global carriers with tracking: FedEx, UPS, DHL, Canadian Post, and Royal Mail.

Free Standard Shipping is included on all orders! Orders are generally shipped within 5 to 7 business days (for most locations), however we are not able to guarantee the exact delivery date.

Orders in which the address is undeliverable by the carrier, the order will be returned back to the fulfillment center, additional restocking fees will apply. Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address to ensure a successful delivery, and to avoid restocking fees.

It is your responsibility as a customer to provide a correct shipping address, and to accept the delivery. In the case where the delivery is refused, or address is incorrect, the shipment will be sent back to us. In these instances additional restocking fees will apply to have the order reshipped.

Please note that during the holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUEST

We are able to update a change of address request within 24 hours after the order has been placed. To ensure that your order is delivered, please input shipping address correctly. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your address details or cease shipment.
